Comprehensive JP Battery Warranty Policy 

Detailed JP Battery Warranty Policy 

The JP Battery warranty policy represents our strongest commitment to product quality 

assurance. All coverage is governed by clearly defined terms designed to protect our customers  against manufacturing defects. 

a/ Standard Coverage 

For all genuine JP Battery products, we guarantee a free replacement same model

type, and brand for any battery that is found to be defective  due to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. 

Note: The replacement battery's warranty period equals the remaining warranty time of the original battery

To maintain warranty validity, all operational requirements below must be observed:

Vehicle Electrical System

Ensure the alternator and voltage regulator function properly. 

Installation Standards

Keep battery, cables, and terminals clean and tightly secured at all times. Upgrade to a higher-capacity battery when aftermarket accessories are installed.

 

 

b/ Exclusions Under the JP Battery Warranty Policy 

JP Battery reserves the right to void warranty coverage if failures result from the 

following objective conditions:

Grounds for Warranty 

Voidance

Actual Condition of Battery / Vehicle

Inability to Inspect

The vehicle is not present or cannot be inspected by an authorized JP Battery dealer.

Physical Damage

Battery case, cover, or terminals are broken, cracked, or corroded due to mishandling or negligence after installation.

Vehicle System Faults

Battery fails, electrolyte loss, or discharges due to overcharging or undercharging caused by a faulty electrical system.

Improper Chemicals / 

Misuse

Evidence of unauthorized additives or Unapproved battery fluids or chemicals. Battery installed at lower capacity than required, or installed on another vehicle.

Tampered Seals

Official codes, date markings, or top-label stickers have been altered, removed, or defaced.

Change of Ownership 

The vehicle has been transferred from the original battery purchaser.

 

 

c/ Warranty Claim Procedure 

  • Should your vehicle encounter starting failures or battery-related issues, follow these steps to to make a JP Battery warranty claim : 

  • Contact JP Battery customer service immediately upon issue detection.

  • Our technicians will conduct a full diagnostic of the vehicle's electrical system. 

  • If a manufacturing defect is verified, a replacement battery will be issued at no charge.
