I. Definitions

1. “Website” means an information system used to establish the brand’s electronic information pages, presented in the form of symbols, numbers, text, images, sounds, and other forms of information for the provision and use of information in cyberspace.
2. “Website Content” means all information, data, documents, resources, text, designs, graphics, interfaces, images, audio files, inventions, trademarks, trade names, logo samples, products, services, trade secrets, or other materials posted and/or created on the Website. All Website Content is lawful property and belongs to.
3. “Terms of Use” means the terms governing the use of the Website as stated herein and published on the Website.
4. “User” means any individual and/or organization accessing the Website to approach and use the Website Content.

II. Intellectual Property Rights

1. The Website and Website Content are owned/copyrighted by the brand and/or licensed by third parties to, and are protected under the Intellectual Property Law of Vietnam and other relevant legal regulations. Users shall have no rights, claims, or interests relating to the Website Content. Users agree not to make any statements or take any actions to establish, exercise, or claim rights to the Website Content.
2. Except in the following cases: (i) as provided in Clause 1, Section IV; or (ii) with prior written consent from; or (iii) as permitted under Vietnamese law, the following acts shall be considered infringements of intellectual property rights of, including:
   • Any use, copying, reproduction, republication, modification, storage, retransmission, distribution, rental, leasing, sale, or commercial exploitation of any Website Content by any means;
   • Distribution, translation, modification, decryption, creation of derivative works, or distortion of Website Content by any means.
3. Other acts infringing intellectual property rights as prescribed under the Intellectual Property Law and other relevant legal regulations.

III. Our Rights

1. To modify and/or terminate part or all of the Website Content without prior notice or explanation for any updated or supplemented content.
2. To request Users to cease accessing the Website and/or using the Website Content in the following cases:
   a. Infringement of intellectual property rights under Section II of these Terms of Use;
   b. Use of Website Content in restricted or prohibited cases under Section IV of these Terms of Use.
3. To request Users to compensate for all damages incurred (if any) in the event of violations of these Terms of Use.

IV. Rights and Responsibilities of Users

1. To use the Website Content (view, extract content such as printing, downloading, forwarding, etc., or share with others) solely for personal/internal and non-commercial purposes, provided that the source is cited and the original link/URL to the Website Content is retained.
2. To ensure that: (i) they comply with these Terms of Use and Vietnamese laws relating to accessing the Website and using Website Content; (ii) they do not interfere with or affect other Users’ access to the Website and use of Website Content; (iii) they do not interfere with the operation and management of the Website by the brand.
3. To cease accessing the Website and/or using Website Content if the User disagrees with one, several, or all provisions of these Terms of Use.

V. Restrictions on Use

We do not accept any use of Website Content in any of the following cases:

1. Infringing upon the personal freedom of others; and/or insulting, defaming, or slandering others; and/or causing harm or disadvantage to others.
2. Disturbing public order.
3. Conducting acts that violate Vietnamese law.
4. Disseminating and distributing third-party information without their consent.
5. Disseminating and distributing information of third parties without their consent.
6. Using Website Content for business and/or commercial purposes, including but not limited to contests, betting, exchanges, advertising, or multi-level marketing without prior written consent from.
7. Transmitting electronic files infected with viruses that may damage and/or disrupt the operation of other electronic devices.
8. Using robots, spiders, and/or any other methods to monitor and collect Website Content for reuse purposes without prior written consent from.
9. Using any device, software, and/or methods to infringe or intentionally interfere with the operation of the Website.
10. Any unlawful acts and/or acts prohibited under Vietnamese law.
11. Acts infringing upon the lawful rights and interests of.
12. Any acts that unilaterally deems inappropriate or harmful to the brand.
